My husband and I did an ATV tour and had a wonderful experience. We were able to see some wild horses, which was amazing, and had so much fun cursing through the sand dunes! John was our tour guide and he the best. He was very personal, knowledge about the outer banks and was a great coach. I highly recommend Corolla Jeep Adventure and John

Absolutely awful! We booked two weeks prior to our tower date. No credit card taken, no confirmation number and staff thy answers the phone as if it was their first time opening the doors.

Needless to say, they tell me.... the customer to call back the day before we arrive- mind you we booked a hotel $200 a nite two nights, to come to the outer banks and do this ATV adventure.

I asked them at that point, don’t you have the reservation and why would I the customer have to make sure you’re ready a day before?

Next I do as I was told, hotel book and cannot be canceled, call the number a lady answered and tells me I am sorry we have no reservation tomorrow and the machines are down.... I was floored explained how poorly owned and operated this business is. She sorry, I asked the owner to call me.... never did as I didn’t expect them to with such a piss poor ran company.

I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this place. Remember that you are not the only show in town.... you shouldn’t be in business.
